Is Christ my all?

Is Christ my priority?

Yea, that's a big question to ask myself.
I'm constantly tested on that question.
Is He truly my priority?
Is He all and in all?

To know Him and to be known by Him,
My one desire,
To gaze at His beauty,
My heart overwhelms with praises,
To know and truly know the extend of His love for me,
Why do I still want to sin?

We are constantly feeding ourselves everyday,
Are we feeding on junk and 'chickedies'?
Or are we feeding ourselves with good stuff?

Are we living an appropriate life?
The life that is worthy of His death?
Are we different, are we unique ?
Are we reflecting Christ in all that we 'are'?

Who we are, reflects what we do.
Who does the world see when they look at you?
If our perception of God determines how we act,
Do we know our God?
Is He mighty to save, Loving Father, Closest Friend, or a statue that is only sitting there and when we feel like it, we go to the corner where we place Him and then put our sticks of incense to feel good about ourselves, and hope He is pleased?
Are we limiting our knowledge of Him and are satisfied by what we know?

Is God in my living?
There in my breathing?
Is God in my waking?
Or when I am sleeping?

Is He in my resting?
or there in my working?
Is God in my thinking?
or in my speaking?

Is God in our laughing?
or when I'm weeping?
Is He in my hurting?
And there in my healing?

Be my everything
Be my everything, Lord.

I hate to ask tough questions like that.
And even worst, answering it with brute honesty...
but I will cease to mature in my walk with Christ.
For in Him, we have a hope of glory.

Good one, man! It's only when we ask the tough questions then we see where we place Christ in our lives. And at times, the reality is that the answers will be harsh and brutal. That's why His grace should and would pull us through.
Keep giving yourself to God in everything that you do as I've been encouraged and blessed by the changes I've seen in you.
